14-day right to cancel
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order without giving a reason. Email info@emyra.store with your order number.
Conditions
For hygiene reasons, the product must be returned clean, complete and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation; we may wait until we receive the product or proof of return.
Warranty and statutory rights
2-year warranty: if the product is faulty, we'll replace it or refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
